this week you will be spoilt for choice looking for art events in berlin. not only has die kunst ist super! (art is super!), the current show at hamburger bahnhof just opened (photos in this post taken there), there are plenty of art fairs and exhibitions to be seen. go and check out art forum at berlin's old fair ground in the west, or preview art fair at tempelhof airport, or abc - art berlin contemporary at akademie der künste (held at their midcentury modern building in tiergarten, not the new venue at brandenburger tor). if you are still not tired, go and see thomas demand's big solo show at the new national gallery, mies van der rohe's spectacular and iconic building on potsdamer platz.

I love the green lights in the first photo. It's amazing how light can affect the structure
I love the last photo, it's so beautiful! I recently got a new German friend who lives in tokyo and am even more curious about berlin now!
