le midi

a tiny french café opened in my neighbourhood last year. le midi serves lovely patisserie, teas and coffee and has a small selection of french specialities to take away - think fleur de sel, tapenade, rillettes, honey, crémant... the owner told me just the other day that they are extending the café a little bit and will soon be licensed to serve their crémant (and wine, of course!) in-house. i'll be one of the first to come and have a glass! oh, the café will then be opening longer into the evening as well. will keep you posted.

find it on greifenhagener str. 17, 10437 berlin (prenzlauer berg), open mo-sun 10-18h
